A bike as amazing as the ESAB chopper deserved to be introduced to the world in style. And that’s just what happened on the August 26, 2010 episode of “American Chopper” on TLC.

The episode featured the creation of the bike, from start to finish. It also included the unveiling of the chopper, which happened at Paulus Hook Pier, NJ – in front of a 9/11 memorial, with a perfect view of the construction of the Freedom Towers. The location was fitting, since the two new towers are being constructed using ESAB filler metals.
